Kabuki: The Alchemy HC Delayed by Diamond Comics?

Although Marvel Associate Editor Jennifer Grünwald, David Mack and Marvel.com announced the Kabuki: The Alchemy hardccover would be released on February 25, several fans as well as David at Mile High Comics' Lakewood store have confirmed that the collection has not been released. Since copies of the books have arrived in San Francisco in time for David Mack's appearance at WonderCon, it appears the Kabuki: The Alchemy hardcover as well as the New Avengers: Secret Invasion - Vol. 8, Book 1 trade paperback (regular edition) - but not the New Avengers: Secret Invasion - Vol. 8, Book 1 trade paperback (direct market edition) - have been delayed by Diamond Comics, who recently moved a distribution center in Memphis, TN to Olive Branch, MS and may have caused a ripple effect in their entire distribution network.
