I practice literature as magic. All words and all works are alchemy, the great science/art of transformation.

Detective David Mack in Ares #2 Preview
MileHighComics.com posted the the cover and first four pages of Ares #2, which is now on sale at a comic book store near you and includes an appearance by Detective David Mack on page 4. Also, Comixtreme.com reviewed the issue and StillOnTheShelf.com noted: "Oeming is really proving his talent as a writer these days, and this Ares series has, so far, lived up to the high standard he has set on his previous works. A fun mini so far, and you can bet that we will see Ares again in the future after this wraps up."

Clayburn Moore Interview
Below is an excerpt from sculptor Clayburn Moore's interview with Figures.com:
"I've started to hear from people that they can recognize my style," Moore says. "That makes me as proud as anything because any sculptor who's known, you can look at their work and know who did that. The fact that someone can look at my work and go, 'That's a Clayburn Moore piece. You can tell,' that, to me, is a really good thing. At the same time, Kabuki is very anatomically different from the Witchblade I'm working on, or the She-Dragon. Kabuki is small-chested, broad-hipped, big, strong rear end, big, strong thighs. It's a very different approach (from the aforementioned other women). At the same time, I still know what I like in the female form and I still have a particular style. I like that it's Kabuki, it's true to Kabuki, but it's also a Clayburn Moore piece. That's a good thing. I think that as a sculptor, that's where you want your career to go. You want people to see that style."
