I heal animals. Animals heal humans. Through pets, people learn to respect and care for another living creature. Then they can apply that to other people and living things in general.

Mack's work has garnered numerous national and international award nominations including seven Eisner awards, four International Eagle Awards, and both the Harvey and Kirby Awards. He is one of the only creators to be listed in both the Top Ten Writers list and the Top Ten Artists list in Wizard magazine. Mack has designed toys and packaging for companies in Hong Kong, created ad campaigns for Sakura art materials, painted Tori Amos for her RAINN benefit calendars, written and designed video games for director John Woo and Electronic Arts, created animation art for MTV, and illustrated jazz and rock albums for Japanese and American labels, as well as musicians such as Paul McCartney. In addition to working for 20th Century Fox as a writer on the Kabuki feature film, Mack's film credits include visual designer, creative consultant, and co-producer. Cosponsored by Night Flight Comics.

Future Oversized Kabuki Hardcovers?
When asked if the Kabuki series will be released as oversized hardcovers, David Mack replied:
Been talking with Marvel about more oversize hardcovers! I'd like to see this, too.

Thanks for getting the Reflections artbook in oversize hardcover. If this gets good response... I think you will see more!

Thoughts on Acme Comics & More
From David Mack's Twitter feed:
#1: The Q&A went great. Packed theater. 2 hrs. People had fun. Then dinner. Then back to Acme for Rock Band with everyone. What a signing day!

#2: Being driven to our hotel from Acme last night, we encountered an unconscious man in a fetal position on the street...

#3: We (Brian Bendis, Mike Oeming, Taki Soma & I) were concerned, so we stopped the car & woke him up. He soon went on his way.
