Kabuki Merchandise Wish List
After soliciting fans for Kabuki merchandise ideas, David Mack replied:
	Posted by Murdock's Girl: My top five things I would like (in no order) 1. Bookends 2. Track Jacket with the Noh Dragon. 3. Chess set 4. Shy creatures etc in hardback 5. the entire Kabuki run thus far in OHC Hi Tess, 1. Book ends would be great with all the Hardcovers. 2. Good idea. I have a very cool Marvel knights Jacket that Marvel Knights made just for the MK creators for a Christmas gift a few years ago. Has DD on the back and is black and very cool. A real unique gift. A Kabuki jacket would be lovely. 3. I really want to do this chess set. 4. THIS ONE IS COMING TRUE THIS SEPTEMBER! 5. Wow. Would be very cool. In the meantime, I considering doing some oversize hardcovers of maybe a set of 3. Each one holding 2 volumes. OHC #1 would be Circle of Blood and Dreams. #2 would be Skin Deep and Meta in one oversize volume! #3 would be Masks of the Noh and Scarab in one oversize volume. What do you think? I'll have the printing proof of The Shy Creatures hardcover to show fans at all the conventions this year. Just ask. I showed it in NYC and San Francisco.

The Shy Creatures May Be Sold Via Previews
When asked if The Shy creatures will be released through Diamond Comics' Previews catalog, David Mack replied:
	I'm pretty sure it will be available through Previews. I met with the publisher when I was in NYC last month and we talked about this. I think it is very important to them to offer it throught Diamond so the comic book stores can order it. So please spread the word to your comic store. It ships in September. So they will order it from the catalog that is available in June or July I think. Please let your comic shop know ahead of time.

Structure of University Lectures
When asked how his university lectures are organized, David Mack replied:
	I've done it several ways. I spoke to two universities last month. One was just to a specific class (a Sequential Art class actually) at NKU. The other one was The Art Academy of CINCI and I first spoke with all the seniors that were very serious about their work for a long full class. In a class room roundtable discussion. And then after that, there was a presentation to the rest of the classes all in one larger room. I spread out my art on tables for them to look at, and I pass around books. I give a basic sense of what I do, but I want to talk specifically about what they are interested in, so I take questions, and keep it very interactive to let their interests drive the focus of the presentation. That way I can keep a dialogue going with everyone the entire time and get to precisely what everyone wants to know about. Also, they can see the printed media, and get a first hand look at the originals to see what goes into it and what the final is.
