Don’t sacrifice your dreams for the illusion of security. There is no security. Realize there is no security and become comfortable with that. It will free you up to do what you really need to do.

Home Production Notes Unnamed Marvel Project (2004)

David Mack (May 24, 2004):
It's not Cloak and Dagger. I don't know where that came from.

It's waiting on final approval.

David Mack (May 8, 2004):
It looks like I know what his [Josh Middleton's] next project is.

It looks like he'll be drawing something I've written. You may hear an anouncement about it soon. If it all comes together, it is going to be grand!

David Mack (April 29, 2004):
...besides the new Kabuki, there is an amazing project I am writing for Marvel. I really want to speak of it! But I'm supposed to let Marvel break the news. But it is BIG, BIG, BIG!!!

And the artist is AMAZING!

David Mack (April 12, 2004):
None of that was referring to Kabuki moving. The move was a very recent situation.

The writing of the Marvel project is something else. Something I can't speak of yet until it is announced and scheduled.

Comicon.com (March 22, 2004):
"Both Doctor Strange and Cloak and Dagger will see print sometime between now and 2005, with JMS [J. Michael Straczynski] and David Mack mentioned."

ComicBookResources.com (March 21, 2004):
During a panel at the Wizard World Los Angeles convention, Marvel Editor-in-Chief Joe Quesada stated that his company will publish "an unnamed David Mack project."
