Notes:
· Along with the story (pages 1-24), the issue included fan letters (pages 25-26, 28-30), convention, fan art and studio photos (page 27) as well as a back issue catalog (page 31)
· The Dynamic Forces edition, which was limited to 1,250 copies that were signed by David Mack and was available only through the Kabuki: Inner Circle Fan Club, was created by David Mack and Rick Mays and features the regular cover artwork on the back cover
· On page 30, David Mack stated: "Skin Deep will be the first half of the Control Corps/Identity storyline. The next Kabuki series will begin when Kabuki moves to a new publishing house this fall! Keep your eyes open for the solicitation in this summer's Preivews catalog."
