Reflections #7 is in the current Preveiws catalogue and has this in it...
It features some different approaches than the previous Reflections. It sort of ties into some of the things that are explored on the DVD from HeroVideoProductions.com (you can see the new trailer of it at their site).
Reflections #7 includes a complete handmade book inside it. A book called FATHER - HYMN BOOK that is a handmade book about my father that I made from one of his hymn books. So it includes every page in sequence from the book in a new format.
Also, it includes some of my earliest surviving handmade book from when I was ten years-old (the DVD crew wanted to see some of my earlier works).
And commentary about each as well as some commentary to the companion book: MOTHER - HER BOOK. (That I made about my mother when she was dying).
There are also some sequences to some large sculptures and the throwdown at the San Diego live art show.
Also, more step-by-steps of the White Tiger covers and quite a bit more. 48 pages jam packed.
Some of the stuff you see in the DVD you can see in page to page detail in this. |
| No Wizard World Texas Plans |
 |
| When asked if he will attend Wizard World Texas, David Mack replied: |
 |
I haven't made plans to go yet. I've been really focussed on work now and don't know that I'll go. If something changes, I'll post here, and it will be on DavidMackGuide.com, too.
Sorry I can't give you more info than that at the moment. |

I think you will get a real kick out of the next issue. Some various events from previous Alchemy issues (and previous volumes) come together in a way that may be surprising.
I know I'm still wrapping my head around. |
| Email with M.C. Square-Style Lyrics |
 |
| David Mack posted an email written in 2000 or 2001 that may "find its way into one of M.C. Square's lyrics." He also added, "Much of it is in-jokes, but maybe it will still make you smile." |
