Kabuki Inventory Report
Although the Kabuki: Metamorphosis and Kabuki: Scarab - Lost in Translation collected editions were not included in the July 2005 Previews order form, David Mack has kindly confirmed that the following books can still be ordered through a comic book store near you:

David Mack also reported that all four issues of Kabuki: Reflections are now sold out at the distributor level and the remaining copies will be available only during Heroes Con and San Diego Comicon.
