It wasn’t until she reviewed the tapes of the sessions, watching from the eye of the camera that she realized I was speaking to her. In one session, she noticed my eyes blinking in irregular patterns. Morse Code.

Dawn's Photos & Videos from Wizard World LA
"I spent a lot of time with Mack at his booth just talking and joking around," Dawn explained. "I was with my cousin, Ami, and my friend Jeff. Ami and Mack really got along well and ended up teasing each other a lot and competing about how many cool/famous people they know and hang out with (jokingly)... Mack would claim that he hangs out with Stan Lee every weekend, and Ami would reply that she hangs out with Stan Lee everyday in Disneyland - and they would go from there, adding Lou Ferrigno and Arnold Schwarzenegger to the list. We had a lot of good laughs."
"After receiving Mack's I-Love-You-Andy message from Ami, Andy Lee replies with his own unique message of love for Mack. How sweet!" noted Dawn, who created the following movies:
Ami and David Mack play Charades (3.07 mb - 44 seconds)

"Ami likes to give people their own soundtracks, and this is what she came up with for Mack," Dawn explained.

(4.00 mb - 14 seconds)
(2.95 mb - 10 seconds)

Dawn also added several photos from the convention as well as of her costume, which was based on the character design for Kabuki's doctor in Metamorphosis.

Circle of Blood Storyboards
Mushroom created five storyboards based on scenes from Kabuki: Circle of Blood.

David Mack Quote in PressTelegram.com Article
From PressTelegram.com:
"I've always seen comics as a hybrid medium," said David Mack, creator of the graphic novel series Kabuki. "It's the closest to rock 'n' roll, which is itself a blend of different music styles. In comics, one person, a creator, can take a singular vision to a mass audience... That's why I always see Hollywood looking at comics to pull material from."

New Home for Bendis Board
From Brian Michael Bendis:
I spoke to [ImageComics.com webmaster Allen Hui] today.

I told him we'll just stay here on our own server. He has a lot to do all day and our board on top of all the others was too much. He was always gracious about it, but when it crashed I could see what a headache it truly was for him. He's such a good guy, [and] I felt I was taking advantage.

He is slowly working on restoring the Image boards. But we will be staying here. I will be visiting the Image boards when they rebirth and hope you do as well.
