Did the Kabuki Classics run end with Masks of the Noh? Or
will Skin Deep and the Image series eventually get the Classics treatment?

Well, You can still get the original printings of the newest series. For
now Classics has served its purpose, but if/when they all go out of print, I could continue Classics with Skin Deep, the Metamorphosis issues, and
the Scarab story, if there is a demand for reprints of those in the future. But as of now, Retailers can still order the back issues for almost all of them.
